Cluster of Cherry Blossoms

Oil, 12″x12″

$600 framed

Cherry blossoms are a sign of renewal each spring. I love the delicate pink colors. I painted the background with subtle color variations to lend a textured, old world look to the composition.

Morning on the Chickahominy

Oil on canvas, 18″x24″

$800 framed

I took a photo of this scene while kayaking on the Chickahominy River. The reflections in the quiet water and feeling of calmness in the early light were the reason I chose to paint it, back home in my studio.

Sunflower Day

$700

Gallery wrapped canvas with depth of 1″ with painted sides. No framing necessary.

Rose of Sharon

Oil on canvas, 12″x9″

$550 framed

Rose of Sharon are one of my favorite shrub flowers. These were glowing in the morning sun outside my window. I painted them plein air.

Gift of Iris

Oil on canvas, 30×24

$800

Gallery-wrapped canvas with depth of 1 1/2″ with painted sides. No framing necessary. I textured the background with subtle color variations to enhance the contemporary design.

Autumn Woods

Oil on canvas, 36×30

$1400 framed

This was a scene from Vermont during peak foliage season. The tall white birch tree stood out in contrast to the colorful maples.

Wild Apple Tree

Acrylic on canvas, 16×12

$700 framed

I painted this as a study for a much larger oil, but I like the spontaneity and impressionistic brush work in this painting.
